A "Nissea" is an old farmhouse, immersed in the countryside in a tranquil, centuries old olive grove.It is situated approximatively 1 Km from the village along the old road to the Railway Station, and is been recently restored with careful respect to the local charateristics of this area.

A Nissea" is a previleged starting point that easily takes you to the "Cinque Terre". With three minutes driving to Vezzano Ligure Train Statio, you are assured for the train connection, avoiding problems of time and parking. Riomaggiore, with its mamous "Via dell'Amore" (Love Walk), Manarola, Corniglia and Vernazza are even closer, finally taking you to the wonderful beaches of Monterosso.

On the ground floor there is a large living room/dining room, a verandah, the kitchen and a bathroom with shower. On the first floor there are two double bedrooms (one with a covered terrace) and a bathroom with shower. There is a private enclosed garden with a barbeque. The property has its own entry and ample private parking.

The bus stop is 200m from the house and there is a bus to Portovenere (which passes through the center of La Spezia). The house can be let with the use of kitchen or for bed and breakfast only (continental or full breakfast as required). No animals are allowed.
The owners speak Italian, French, English, Portuguese and Spanish.
