An historic residence in a small village overlooking the charming Marche hills, this is your place away from the crowds and close to art and heritage landmarks. Be it the art deco' ceiling, brick floors or ancient wine making tools, Casa Elia will cast you back in time. Casa Elia offers 3 king size bedrooms, 2 of which with private bathroom, 2 living rooms, fully equipped kitchen with large fireplace, a garden with patio and BBQ and a garage where you can keep bikes or motorbikes. We have books in English and children toys. Upon request we can provide baby cod, high chair, baby pool in the garden with solar panel heating. Other facilities can be made available on request. It is located in Fabriano, at Collamato a typical hilltop Marche village, the landscape is one of the most sublime and intact of the whole area. The altitude of 500 meters above sea level provides the relief of cool breeze to the Italian sun. It can be rented as a whole or 2 bedrooms + living room + bathroom and kitchen, or 1 bedroom + living room + bathroom and kitchen. The prices are: - whole apartment 450 euro/week, - 2 bedroom apartment 360 euro/week, - 1 bedroom apartment 270 euro/week. The price includes linens, towels and cleaning once per week.

How to reach it
BY CAR A-14 Highway: Ancona Nord exit, then a 50 km drive along the S.S. 76 road: Take exit Borgo Tufico toward Camerino/Matelica/Cerreto d'Esi, in Cerreto at the roundabout go right and under the bridge, at the roundabout go straight taking SP46 towards S. Michele, follow directions for S. Michele and then Collamato BY AIR: Ancona - Falconara Raffaello Sanzio Airport: get on the S.S. 76 road towards Rome and then follow directions above, or take the train from the airport (Castelferretti station) to Fabriano station. In Fabriano there is a bus service to reach Collamato. |
