The ancient home made by stones and recently completely renovated, is wonderful for relaxing and restful holidays.

This is a beautiful country villa, set in the peaceful rolling foothills of the Apennines. It is ideal as a base to tour Italy and/or Europe. Use it as a central meeting point for families or friends from other regions of Italy, or from other counties. The villa is the perfect size for families or groups; not too big for a couple, yet able to accommodate a temporary influx of guests for a party, wedding, or else, up to 80-100 people.
Built with local natural stone it is cool in the summer, and warm in the winter.

The villa has a large tiled external entertainment area with a fully covered external dining area and barbecue. Wonderful for dining and relaxing! Soak up the sun, or escape from it into the BBQ area. Great outdoor living in Spring, Summer and Autumn.
The local trattorias offer superb local cuisine at very reasonable prices.
This is an ideal house in which to relax and enjoy the countryside and entertain or where attend our special and customuized cooking lessons.
It is situated at the top of hill, set in the hillsides of the Apennines. It offers wonderful views across the valley, and full peace and tranquillity.
The villa is a 30-minute drive from the main A1 Autostrada, linking Milan to Rome and just 15 minutes from A 15 (highway to the Tirrenean sea with La Spezia at about 45 minutes an Pisa at about 90 minutes). Plus it's within easy access to other motorways to the coast, the mountains, and the lakes. Most parts of Northern Italy can be reached in two/three hours. The high speed train gets to Milan or Bologna in one hour; Florence in two hours, and Rome in four hours.
Locally you can shop in stylish Parma, and take in the ancient cathedral and the pink marble baptistery; or enjoy the spa towns of Monticelli, Salsomaggiore and Tabiano.

The cities of Parma offers regular good music concerts and opera. Real opera lovers should try the open air Arena at Verona, La Scala in Milan, or Giuseppe Verdi's birthplace of Busseto.

Car racing fans can visit the Ferrari showroom and museum at Maranello, Modena; violin fans can go Stradivarious birthplace in Cremona; accordion fans can go to Stradella; fashion fans can go to Milan and Parma; food and wine lovers can go anywhere...this is the food belt of Italy!!
Sports fans can visit many of the local football clubs (Parma are still doing well!), or try a round of golf at the Sala Baganza or Salsomaggiore golf course. You can hike for miles and miles around our hills, or go swimming at many swimming pools around the country
