Overlooking the beautiful Lake of Bolsena, amidst rolling, green Umbrian hills, we welcome You to a taste of luxurious country life.. Surrounded by ancient acacia trees and beautiful well kept gardens stands our lovely 18th century stone country house with swimming pool with lake view.
Surrounded by all comforts you will be able to enjoy the stunning sunsets over the lake, the perfume of flowers in the air, the peaceful beauty of the gardens.
The secluded 8 hectare property includes Dressage and Show Jumping stables with indoor and outdoor arenas, Pony Club, paddocks and private pond. The owner himself is an expert Dressage and Show Jumping rider and trainer of young horses as well as a well known Federal Instructor and Dressage Judge. If you choose you will have the chance to improve your riding in one of the Dressage and Show Jumping clinics we organize or simply to enjoy the beautiful Italian countryside with its endless sunflower fields and its breathtaking lake views on horseback
There is a lovely spacious breakfast room with vaulted ceilings, original stone paving and fireplace. There is also Satellite t.v. for our guests' moments of relax.
All around there are an infinity of lovely places to visit!
The owners are willing to suggest the best itineraries and walks, happy to book you in the excellent restaurants of the area and in general help you make your stay at Collina Blu unforgettable!
In periods of the year the Bed and Breakfast is open.
The bedrooms are spacious and in sunny colours, the furniture is in wood and so are the oak beamed ceilings.
Each room has its private independent entrance from the gardens, ensuite bathroom, fan and television.
There is an inside parking area.

There is also an independent apartment that sleeps 4/5 people.
It has:
- a sitting room/ kitchen area with sofa-bed- a wooden loft overlooking the sitting room area with a double bed- a double bedroom overlooking the gardens- a spacious bathroom with tub and shower and washing machine- private portico with table for dining outside- satellite tv- electric fan- independent heating- all linen and cooking equipment included. Guests are wellcome to pool and gardens.

In periods of the year the Bed and Breakfast is closed and the villa is rented.

The villa sleeps up to 16 people. It is set in beautiful English Cottage Style gardens with outdoor furniture and large basaltic stone table with benches under the pergola to dine outside.
The swimming pool is equipped with sun beds, large umbrella and table with chairs.
In the garden there is an original stone wood burning oven for pizzas, roasts ext.
There is outside lighting in the various areas of the gardens, in the swimming pool and around the oven for cooking outdoors in the evening.

On the ground floor there are:
- A spacious, perfectly equipped, sunny kitchen in bright colours that seats 8/10.
- A study room with fireplace and desk and french windows on the garden.
- A sitting room with fireplace and sofas and french windows on the garden
- A large beautiful dining room/sitting room with lovely vaulted ceilings, original stone flooring, fireplace and french windows on the garden
- Double bedroom with wide windows overlooking the garden and garden access, ensuite bathroom with shower.

On the first floor (which is also partially accessible from the upper area of the gardens) there are:
- A beautiful master bedroom with panoramico window overlooking the lake, ensuite changingroom/wardrobe, spacious luxurious bathroom in basaltic rock with view of the lake, double Jacuzzi and wide shower
- A bedroom with double bed on the wooden loft and armchair/bed on the ground floor, a spacious bathroom with shower.
- The “blue suite” with double bed on the ground floor and spacious wooden loft with 3 single beds (childrens great favourite!), ensuite bathroom with shower. French windows.
- The “pink suite” with 2 twin beds (which can be used as sofas) on the ground floor and wooden loft with a double bed, ensuite bathroom with shower.French windows.

The house is equipped with: washing machine, dishwasher, electric oven, 4 door fridge and freezer, 3 televisions, VCR, satellite, c.d. player, garden furniture, pool furniture.
