Per chi viene da Sud: autostrada A1, uscita per Orte, superstrada Orte-Viterbo, uscita Siena/Lago di Bolsena, S.S.2 Cassia fino al km 108,150, attraversando il paese di Montefiascone.
Per chi viene da Civitavecchia: S.S. Aurelia fino a Tarquinia, poi Tuscania, Marta; Montefiascone fino ad immettersi sulla S.S. 2 Cassia, direzione Bolsena fino al Km 108,150.
COLLEGAMENTI FERROVIARI: con Viterbo a 20 km attraverso la linea regionale Roma-Viterbo. Con Orvieto a 25 Km mediante treni Intercity e Eurostar.

 How to arrive:
From the north: take the A1 highway, exit at Orvieto and follow the directions for Bolsena. Arriving in the town of Bolsena take provincial road SS 2 Cassia in direction of Rome up to Km 108,150.
From the south: take the A1 highway, exit at Orte, then the Orte-Viterbo road, exit at Siena/Lago di Bolsena, follow provincial road SS 2 Cassia up to Km 108,150 crossing the town of Montefiascone.
From Civitavecchia: take provincial road SS Aurelia up to Tarquinia, then pass through Tuscania, Marta, Montefiascone until you enter provincial road SS 2 Cassia in the direction of Bolsena up to Km 108,150.
RAILWAY CONNECTIONS
Reach Viterbo, just 20 km away, using the regional line Rome - Viterbo.
Reach Orvieto, just 25 km away, by Intercity and Eurostar trains from the most important Italian cities.
BUS CONNECTIONS
There is a bus stop 200 meters from the farm on the Viterbo-Acquapendente line and then connections to Orvieto.

Aperto tutto l'anno. Soggiorni settimanali da sabato a sabato e soggiorni inferiori valutabili non in alta stagione. L'appartamento è disponibile in entrata dalle ore 14 e va liberato il giorno della partenza entro le ore 10. Potete comunicare 48 ore prima del vostro arrivo una nota spese relativa a ciò che volete sia già presente in appartamento.
Prezzi indicativi per appartamento a settimana da 450 euro a 1250 euro.
Nel prezzo è compresa la biancheria (con cambio settimanale) e la pulizia finale, l'accesso alla spiaggia e l'utilizzo di sdraie, lettini, tavole prendisole galleggianti ("malibù") doccia e spogliatoio, l'uso delle biciclette nel perimetro aziendale, le attività sportive (calcetto, ping pong, beach volley).
Costi aggiuntivi: riscaldamento, noleggi (canoa, pattino, noleggio imbarcazione a motore e a vela, 4,70 classe olimpica), pulizie e cambi biancheria infrasettimanali a richiesta. Animali non accettati
We are open year round. There is a two-night minimum and week-long stays are booked from Saturday to Saturday. Check-in begins at 2 p.m. with check-out at 10 a.m. on the day of departure. Apart from the complimentary goods which are part of our personal welcome, with a 48-hour notice you can send us a shopping list of what you would like to find in your apartment.
Prices for a one-week stay generally range from 450 to 1250 Euros.
The price includes linens and final cleaning (or weekly cleaning in the case of longer sojourns), beach access and the use of beach chairs, lounge chairs, showers and changing room. Price does not include: heating, equipment rentals (canoe, sail boat, row boat, "Malibu" beds, bicycles), mid-week requests for cleaning and linen changes.
Discounts are available for stays longer than one week in high season and during the rest of the year for stays longer than two nights.
Unser Betrieb ist ganzjährig geöffnet. Mindestaufenthalt 2 Nächte; Wochbuchungen von Samstag zu Samstag; am Anreisetag ist das Appartement ab 14.00 Uhr beziehbar; am Abreisetag muss dieses bis 10.00 Uhr geräumt werden. 48 Stunden vor der Anreise kann eine "Einkaufsliste" übermittelt werden, sodass sie schon bei Ihrer Ankunft die wichtigsten Utensilien in ihrem Appartement vorfinden.
