The Poggio del Bolognino is an old stone farmhouse, fully renovated, in Umbria, green heart of Italy, with a magnificent view over the Tiber Valley and a large swimming pool. Ideal for a relaxing holiday in contact with nature. The furnishing is to offer guests comfort and warmth of home. Overall, the house sleeps 14/15 persons in 7 rooms, all with private facilities. It 's suitable for groups or 2/3 families who want to spend the holiday together, with shared apartments. Guests have access to a large living room with fireplace, reading room, garden with barbecue and more areas for outdoor dining, children's games, mountain biking, table tennis, swimming pool with umbrellas and sunbeds, vegetables garden, fruit trees, animals courtyard, donkeys.

From here you can set out for walks, bike or horseback. 3 km far from the farm there is Lugnano, one of 'the most beautiful villages in Italy', a medieval town with a church of the twelfth century. More than 40 routes by car will take in cities such as Todi, Orvieto, Narni, Spoleto, Viterbo (15 to 40 min) or Perugia, Gubbio, Spello, Assisi, Tuscania and Tarquinia (Etruscan museum and tombs with frescoes) at 60-75 min by car. Numerous medieval towns nearby: Amelia, Civita di Bagnoregio, the Roman ruins of Carsulae. Easy to reach the south of Tuscany: Siena, San Gimignano, Pienza, Cortona. From here you can visit Rome, by car or train in less than 1 hour.
And it's possible to reach the waterfalls of Marmore, snd the lakes of Piediluco, Bolsena and Trasimeno.

The farmhouse has three double rooms and two apartments. The double rooms have private bathrooms and private entrances from the garden. The apartments consist of one or two bedrooms, all with ensuite facilities. Each apartment has a spacious living room with fireplace and kitchenette, with oven, refrigerator and dishwasher
