Accommodation Description

Podere Le Case is composed of 2 separated floors :
1)Airone (upper floor/sleep up to 6) with 2 large double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, 1 twin bedroom with en-suite bathroom ,1 large kitchen-dining room with fireplace, 1 living room with TV and library ;

2) Agrifoglio (ground floor/sleep up to 6) with 2 large double bedroom , 1 twin bedroom , 2 bath rooms , 1 living room with fireplace , 1 play room.
The rooms are all very spacious (25/ 30 m²). The ceilings feature wooden beams, the floors are in “cotto toscano” and all the windows face the countryside.
The apartment is fully furnished and offers many other comforts such as linen and towels.
The house is in the centre of a 100 hectares property and surrounded by a fancy garden ; the swimming pool area (at the Airone�'s guests only disposal) has BBQ, dressing room, loggia, garden furniture, summer kitchen and bocce set.
Please note air conditioning is not available , but Podere La Casa stands on a 650 mt high hill side and enjoys a fresh and pleasant climate all summer long. Bolsena Lake only 10 minutes drive offers a very nice alternative to the swimming pool , with his beautiful beaches and all sorts of attraction and delicious food and wine.

The lake Bolsena is situated in northern Lazio, in the main caldera of the volcanic group Vulsinio. It's elliptical in shape with a surface of 114.5 square km and a max depth of 151 m. There are a number of volcanic sand beaches around the lake and some areas offer watersport facilities. It has a reputation as one of Europe's cleanest lakes and swimming is common.
