Il Campaniletto farmhouse is an old country villa dating back to the 16th century located north-east of Rome in the area of Sabina which stretches from the banks of the Tiber River to the Monti Sabini hills that are part of the Apennine mountain range in the province of Rieti in the district of Stimigliano. The villa is immersed in rolling hills covered with olive trees that climb towards steeper mountains with vast forests of oak trees located near small medieval towns, castles and monasteries. “Il Campaniletto sits at the top of a hill framed by thick woods and an olive grove with a breathtaking view over the valley of the Natural Reserve of “Tevere - Farfa”. It's unique position offers both seclusion and privacy without being isolated. A short pleasant walk, just 400 meters, takes you to the nearby town of Forano. The villa is surrounded by a 5000 m_ meticulously landscaped garden which includes a 4 X 12 meter pool, a pergola, an outdoor wood stove for cooking and a small guesthouse (45 m_) with a kitchenette and a bathroom.

Il Campaniletto is located in the perfect position to visit not only Rome (only 35 km away), but also nearby cultural centers such as the Abbey of Farfa, Vescovio, Casperia, Selci, Rocca Antica and Collevecchio.
