The accommodation available at the farm is of two types:
1. Apartments for 3-4 people, with kitchen/dining room, bedroom with sofa bed, bathroom with shower. All the apartments have all the latest facilities that allow you to enjoy a relaxing stay . The living area is about 45 square metres.
2. Apartments for 5-6 people. As well as all the facilities mentioned for the previous apartments, there is an extra bedroom and a total living area of 75 square metres. On the estate, available to all our guests, there are communal areas for games and sporting activities like: the swimming pool, tennis courts, barbeque tables, well children's playgrounds and much more. All these areas are looked after by the farm manager. A manager always ready to satisfy any customer need.


Within the estate you can take any of the numerous routes through hills and woods both by mountain bike or on foot. The pathways are divided according to level of difficulty, so you can choose the one to satisfy your needs. Horse riding through hills and woods
If you like to relax around a big swimming pool or rest under the shade of the old oak trees then you just can't resist. If you love horse riding or playing tennis a few kilometres is all it takes (about 3-5 km walk through green fields or more easily take the car) and you will reach the riding centre where you can take an excursion on horse back through the hills and woods of the Chianti region. You will have a taste of natural life as it was more than a century ago. Just 2 km from the estate, immersed in the country, there is a wonderful sports centre equipped with tennis courts and more.
Tuscany land of art and culture. Nerbona is right in the centre of it. Within in a moment you can be in Florence, Siena and Pisa, not to mention all the little tourist villages that can be found in Chianti too.
