It is just 30 km from Viterbo, 110 km north of Rome, 20 minutes from the A1 highway (Orvieto exit), 4.7 km from Bagnoregio (town with all sorts of shops), and just under 10 km from the Bolsena lake (lovely beaches).
Surrounded by ancient towns and castles that proudly display the glory of their past, "Antica Terra" boasts two splendid homes - both recently restructured and each with a private swimming pool. The first building, in the "Valle dei Calanchi", overlooks the famous Civita di Bagnoregio tufo cliffs. Called "Casale Coddia", it houses two independent apartments. Just on the other side of a forest of chestnut trees stands the second building, "Casale S. Cristina", with another two tastefully furnished and comfortable apartments.
